JomSewa Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-06. JomSewa is operated by Miracle Mikhael Enterprise (SSM no. [to be added]), [business address to be added], Malaysia.

1. The service

JomSewa is software for car rental businesses to manage cars, customers, bookings, payments, deposits and handover records. We provide the software only. We are not a party to any rental between a business and its customers.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate details and keep your password private.
• The business owner is responsible for everyone they invite and for removing staff who leave.
• You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

3. Your data and your customers' data

• Your business owns its data. You can export it at any time.
• For your customers' personal data, your business is the data controller and JomSewa is the data processor. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms.
• You must give customers the privacy notice and record their consent before entering their details.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use JomSewa for unlawful purposes, upload data you have no right to hold, attempt to access other businesses' data, or disrupt the service.

5. Payments

Payment records in JomSewa are for bookkeeping. Recording a payment does not move money. Any online payment feature is provided through a third-party payment provider under its own terms.

6. Availability

We aim to keep JomSewa running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of important documents.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JomSewa is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for losses from rental disputes, vehicle damage, traffic offences or your own data entry errors.

8. Ending use

You may stop using JomSewa at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. After closure, your data is deleted within 90 days.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. You will be asked to agree to the new version in the app.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
